Welcome to Ammon Creative’s Client Photo Gallery platform. By accessing or using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this gallery, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the gallery.
2. Gallery Access
Access to your gallery is provided exclusively to you, our client, and any additional contacts you have specified. You may share access details with third parties at your discretion. However, please ensure that these parties understand and respect the terms of use outlined in this agreement.
3. Image Use
All images in your gallery are protected by copyright and are provided for use according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement. For personal galleries, you are welcome to download and share images for personal use. However, any commercial use or distribution beyond personal sharing requires prior written permission from Ammon Creative.
4. Payment and Delivery
Full payment for all photography services is required before access to your gallery is granted unless otherwise specified in your booking agreement. Payment confirms your acceptance of the final images and services provided. Once payment has been received, your gallery will be available for viewing, downloading, and sharing per the agreed terms.
5. Image Rights and Usage
As the client, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the images according to the terms agreed upon in your booking agreement. Ammon Creative retains the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including portfolio display, social media, and marketing, unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Gallery Availability
Your gallery will be available online for 12 months from the date of delivery. After this period, the gallery may be removed. Please ensure you download and back up your images within this timeframe. Notice will be given prior to the gallery being made unavailable.
7. Privacy
Your gallery will be available online for 12 months from the date of delivery. After this period, the gallery may be removed. We strongly encourage you to download and back up your images during this timeframe. You will receive a notice prior to the gallery being taken offline, giving you ample time to secure your images.
8. Modifications and Termination
Ammon Creative reserves the right to modify or discontinue access to the gallery at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the gallery after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9. Liability
While we strive to ensure your gallery is accessible at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Ammon Creative is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the inability to access or download images from the gallery. We strongly encourage you to download and back up your images to your own devices to ensure their safekeeping.
In the event that your gallery becomes inaccessible, we will do our best to provide alternative backup access when possible. However, this service is not guaranteed, and it remains the client’s responsibility to secure their images.
